背景描述
鬼笔环肽是一种从鬼笔鹅膏中得到的有毒的环状七肽，可以与纤维肌动蛋白丝非常特异的结合，并且具有很高的亲和力。它能使肌动蛋白聚合物的临界浓度降低到小于1µg/mL，因此，常作为一种聚合促进剂使用。该物质可以被罗丹明染料标记，从而作为肌动蛋白抗体替代物广泛用于组织细胞培养、组织切片或无细胞系中的肌动蛋白标记。被罗丹明标记的肌动蛋白丝其生物学特性未发生改变（包括与肌球蛋白结合的能力）。
罗丹明标记的鬼笔环肽呈粉色，固体，分子量1306。其1 x 工作液即可对300-350张盖玻片的细胞进行染色。
Note:
鬼笔环肽具有毒性，需小心操作（对人，其半数致死剂量为2mg/Kg）。
注意事项：
鬼笔环肽
的分子量小，很容易通过细胞，不需要对细胞进行冷丙酮和TRITON X-100处理。毒性较大，戴上手套操作。
