Application

Hygromycin B is an aminoglycosidic antibiotic that inhibits protein synthesis in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is used to select and maintain eukaryotic cells that are stably transfected with the  E. coli hygromycin-resistance gene (hyg or hph).

应用浓度：

潮霉素 B用来筛选稳转株的工作浓度需要根据细胞类型，培养基，生长条件和细胞代谢率而变化。推荐使用浓度为 50-1000 μ g/mL，最佳浓度需要杀灭曲线来确定。

哺乳动物细胞• 200-500 μ g/mL；细菌 /植物细胞• 100-300 μ g/mL；真菌• 300-1000 μ g/mL

Working concentration:
50 - 1,000 μg/ml in cell culture. A commonly used concentration for the selection of mammalian cells is 200 μg/ml. However, the optimal concentration must be experimentally determined, since it may vary depending on the type of cell used.
