该试剂盒采用传统的碱裂解法和磁珠纯化方式相结合，并加入一步快速去除内毒素步骤，适合于从1.0-1.5ml的菌液中纯化2-20µg无内毒素质粒DNA。该试剂盒能简单地同核酸自动纯化仪一起配合使用，因而特别适应于高通量的转染筛选。
